Several years ago, my husband and I left Sydney and returned to our hometown of Newcastle on NSW’s Mid-North Coast. We live in a charming little cottage, circa 1872, in the seaside suburb of Cooks Hill with our Labradors, Lucy and Syd. Our home wraps its arms around you partly because it’s filled with things that bring us comfort and joy.
